Advanced LED Technology From Juno
Lighting Group…
Reinventing the Recessed Downlight
There’s a revolution under way in
recessed downlighting. Recent technological breakthroughs
have resulted in a new generation of high-output LEDs that
are brighter and whiter than ever before. Now, Juno has
harnessed the full power of these LEDs into advanced 5" and
6" IC rated downlights with unparalled performance,
featuring deep lamp shielding, optimal thermal dissipation
and dimming.
The Juno LED Downlight helps you reach your sustainability
objectives and comply with many of today’s stringent energy
codes, by cutting power requirements to the bone and
reducing the impact of the lighting load on the HVAC system.
Consuming just 14 watts, it uses less than one-fourth the
energy of a comparable 65W-BR30 incandescent lamp and only
55 –70% the energy of comparable compact fluorescent downlights.
Service life is extraordinary. The Juno LED Downlight
provides 50,000 hours of operation, resulting in over 11
years of maintenance-free operation based on 12 hours of
usage per day. That’s 25 times the life expectancy of
incandescent; 5 times that of compact fluorescents. In
residential applications and other lower usage applications,
service life can outlast the ownership of the property,
truly redefining “maintenance-free.”
No sacrifice to aesthetics. One of the exciting attributes
of Juno LED Downlights is that they utilize a selection of
existing Juno trims and replicate the deep lamp regression
and appearance of a short neck frosted PAR30 incandescent
lamp. The result is a selection of attractive 5" and 6" Juno
trims with excellent lamp shielding that captures the look
and feel of incandescent lighting. And, Juno LED Downlights
are dimmable using economical, Juno qualified dimmers.
No matter what the application, the Juno LED Downlight is
the new benchmark in ultra efficient, high performance,
low-maintenance recessed lighting. It’s the latest
innovation in our continuing quest to deliver bright ideas
for a rapidly changing world.
